I help leaders, clinicians, and high-achieving individuals navigate complexity, build inner clarity, and create deep and lasting change. Drawing on 22 years as a psychiatrist, psychotherapist, and senior healthcare leader, I offer a level of insight and support rarely found in coaching.
I work with individuals and companies to provide both Leadership & Executive Transformation Coaching, & Personal Development & Deep Change Work
I am a senior clinician with over 20 years of clinical and leadership experience across the NHS and HSE, including roles as Clinical Director, Chief Medical Officer, and Director of Operations. I spent the past 10 years as a liaison consultant psychiatrist in the NHS at Oxford University Hospital NHS Foundations Trust and I am an Honorary Senior Lecturer at The University of Oxford. I have led large-scale mental health service transformations and supervised over 100 psychedelic-assisted therapy sessions within a clinical research context. My expertise spans psychedelic medicine, psychiatry/mental health, digital therapeutics, and the integration of AI in psychiatric care.
I advise biotech, digital health, and investment groups on clinical strategy, governance, and commercialization of emerging psychedelic and AI-driven treatments. I am experienced in regulatory frameworks, healthcare system redesign, and cross-functional team leadership.
I am trained in multiple forms of psychotherapy and medical hypnotherapy and treat all mental health conditions. I am also a specialist in supporting people with complex physical symptoms. In my practice I use talking therapies, lifestyle interventions, hypnotherapy, and medication where required.
I am registered with the General Medical Council and I am a Member of the Royal College of Psychiatrists in the UK and the Royal College of Physicians in Ireland. I studied complexity science at the Santa Fe Institute and I have and MSc in Healthcare Informatics from the University of Oxford.
